A Psychotherapist & Supervisor in Manchester
Hi I’m Jane.
I began my journey to become a therapist in 2019 and am passionate about creating a safe space where clients can work through the challenges they are facing, unlock their potential, and move toward a more fulfilled life.
I offer a supportive and compassionate environment, working in partnership with my clients, and believe in approaching therapeutic work with kindness, an open mind, an open heart, and the occasional well-timed laugh to remind us that healing doesn’t have to be serious all the time.

My Services.

Therapy
I support clients through a range of experiences, including domestic and sexual abuse, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity, and life transitions.
I have experience working with men, including in male prison settings, and with survivors of abuse, offering a safe, compassionate space to gently process trauma, rebuild trust, and reconnect with a sense of self. I also support clients in exploring relationship patterns, insecurities, and beliefs, helping relationships become more nurturing and fulfilling.
Alongside therapy, I incorporate coaching elements to help clarify goals, move through obstacles, and step toward the future you desire with greater confidence.

Supervision
I love creating reflective spaces for practitioners where they can feel supported, explore difficult topics, and grow in confidence.
My aim is to help practitioners feel secure and inspired in their work while encouraging ethical, anti-oppressive practice across counselling and psychotherapy.
I approach supervision as a collaborative, justice-informed space, attuned to identity, difference, and the experiences that shape each practitioner’s work.
By staying curious, culturally aware, and responsive to individual needs, I strive to create a safe, restorative environment where practitioners can reflect, learn, and flourish at their own pace.

How I Work.
The foundation of my work is a person-centred approach. I work collaboratively with you, sitting alongside the feelings and experiences that arise, exploring their roots while also considering the environment in which they show up. Therapy is a partnership, and to get the most from our time together, your engagement both during sessions and in between is an essential part of the process.
I offer both short and long-term therapy, but I don’t set a fixed number of sessions. Together, we’ll find a pace and approach that feels right for you, guided by your comfort, progress, and needs.
For supervision work, I am able to offer sessions to both qualified and trainee psychotherapists and counsellors, as well as reflective practice spaces for those in emotionally demanding roles, such as social workers, nurses, youth workers, and charity staff, offering a supportive space to reflect, process, and care for yourself while caring for others.
