Helping survivors heal post-abuse is something I am really passionate about and I’ve invested in my skills in this area through training and placements at the University of Salford Domestic Violence clinic and DACTARI to allow myself to develop into a well rounded practitioner able to support the unique and individual ways a domestic abuse situation may appear and play out.

How I work.

In my therapeutic work with domestic abuse survivors I aim to help them rebuild trust in oneself, others, and the world again after a period where trust has been made fragile and abused. Alongside this I hold hope for a greater future and through our work together that hopeful future begins to become a reality.

What I do:

provide a safe space

co-create a way of working together with you

be confidential

move at a pace comfortable for you

What I don’t do:

diagnose you

judge you or what you bring to our sessions

give advice

mentor you, I won’t be sharing my experiences
