Face to face Therapy.
Face to face appointments take place in my therapy room in Manchester city centre, which is a calm and quiet escape from the city and a comfortable space for you to bring yourself and safely unpack what is going on for you. The room is easily accessible from the Piccadilly Gardens tram stop (3 min walk) and Manchester Piccadilly station (6 min walk).
Virtual sessions take place via Zoom which is a secure and confidential channel for us to meet virtually.
