Healing from Abuse
Healing from Abuse
Supporting survivors in their healing and recovery after abuse is something I care deeply about. Through specialist training and clinical experience, I have worked alongside people affected by domestic abuse, sexual abuse, sexual violence, sexual exploitation, and rape.
I offer support to people of all genders, including men, women, trans, and non-binary clients, and work in a trauma-informed way that prioritises safety, choice, and empowerment.
I believe healing is possible, even after deeply painful experiences, and I aim to provide compassionate, respectful support that helps each person reconnect with their strength and move forward at their own pace.

How I work.
In my therapeutic work with abuse survivors I aim to help rebuild trust in oneself, others, and the world again after a period where trust has been made fragile and abused. Alongside this I hold hope for a greater future and through our work together that hopeful future begins to become a reality.
What I do:
provide a safe space
co-create a way of working together with you
be confidential
move at a pace comfortable for you
What I don’t do:
diagnose you
judge you or what you bring to our sessions
give advice
mentor you, I won’t be sharing my experiences
